1.1 MyOffice.lk is an online marketplace where businesses and individuals can connect to do business through the placement of job ads, wall ads, remote service and freelance projects, as well as marketing, coordination, execution, and delivery of those services. It also allows users to find the right people to the right place and the right way to find their office needs.

3. REGISTERING AN USER

3.2 Whenever you register a user account, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
(a) Your Login Information must be used only by you;
(b) You will keep your Login Details secure and confidential at all times and will not reveal them to anyone else. We recommend that you change your password at least once every three months for security reasons.
3.4 We reserve the right to disable or close your account at any time as a result of any suspected or actual unauthorized use of your Login Details, and we will notify you using the contact information you previously provided.
4. TERMINATION OF THE USER ACCOUNT
4.1 Without giving you any notice, we reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or restrict your use of your Account, including if you break one of the following terms.
a. If supersede the terms of limitation of use (Refer the note 09 )
b. If supersede the terms of fraud prevention limitations (Refer the note 10)
4.2 If we close your account subject to above, you won't be able to make any sort of complaint about the suspension or termination of your Account.
4.3 Unless otherwise stated in this User Agreement, you will be entitled to any payment owed to you by us if we close your Account for a cause other than your violation of this User Agreement.
4.4 To the extent that you have violated this User Agreement, you must pay us all fees owed to us, as well as all damages and costs (including any and all of our employee time) and reasonable expenditures (including legal fees). This is in addition to any other remedies that we may have. If we close your Account as a result of your violation of this User Agreement, you may also be responsible for certain expenses as outlined in this User Agreement.
5. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS
5.1 You can post wall ads hosted on the website, as well as apply , buy or sell any freelance projects or remote services by making receive or send offers. 5.4 All product prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
5.5 The product information supplied on the website is available only to Sri Lankan residents.
5.6 This Website contains statements regarding the terms of the products, including features and inclusions. Some of these statements are generalized in order to give you a summary of the products being compared. However, not all products are the same and you should confirm the exact terms of any product that you intend to purchase prior to purchasing that product.
5.7 You don’t have permission to submitting your personal details through this Website, you are able to make an offer to obtain a product from a third party provider subject to may be accepted or rejected. The contract for the product will only be concluded once your offer has been accepted by the relevant third party provider. If your offer is accepted then the product will be provided to you, subject to the third party provider’s terms and conditions. You will get written confirmation by email if your offer has been accepted.
5.8 The seller commits to providing all necessary services for each and every order by initiating a sale. If the buyer complies with all service requirements, the seller has no right to refuse to sell a live order. The seller works independently to give the buyer with their services, and they are solely responsible for whether or not the work on all orders is finished. To artificially raise the overall number of orders, it is forbidden to split a single order for the same service into many ones (i.e., create duplicate orders). MyOffice.lk reserves the right to sanction the user's account in such circumstances.
7. THE MYOFFICE.LK SERVICES AND CHARGEBACK
7.1 You can use our CV Bank service under the service packages published on web site. We charge third-party product owners handling fees when you use our service to purchase products from third-party vendors.

7.3 We promise to promote your remote and freelance services for free, and we will only charge handling fees for confirmed purchases of remote services or freelance projects made through the website. All payments to vendors will charge a 25% fee for transactions up to 100,000 rupees and a 15% fee for transactions greater than 100,000 rupees.
7.4 According to the Inland Revenue Act, vendor settlements will be subject to a tax on the value of the payment, and we are issuing tax certificates for each transaction.
7.5 All orders are processed using a secure transaction. All paid funds are placed in a wallet account and transferred to the seller only after the work is completed. Other types of orders are not accepted on MyOffice.lk. It is forbidden to perform unpaid (test) tasks and conduct transactions outside the framework of the order. Violations will result in your account being penalized and/or suspended.
7.6 In line with the "Vendor Payments" section of these terms and conditions, a "Full and Final Payment" or "Milestone Payment" is a payment made by the Buyer for the providing of Seller Services under a User Contract.
7.7 Funds are withdrawn from the account balance at the seller's request. Funds may be transferred to Bank account subject to release to the seller if neither the buyer nor the seller disputes it within 10 days of the buyer payment's receipt and the buyer has not logged into their account during that time. The account balance page contains information about the fee and the terms and limitations of withdrawals (You can apply for cash out only after earning a minimum of LKR 1000). Withdrawals may be delayed on bank holidays and weekends.
7.8 Disputed transactions and issues, including financial matters, can be resolved via email or by submitting a request to the Support Team. The Support Team will investigate the problem and implement the necessary rules. If no rule exists to resolve the issue at hand, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis. (refer the note 12 for dispute resolution policy)
8. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
8.1 This Website, its content, and services are provided to you on a "as is" basis, and we make no express or implied warranties about their satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, timeliness, accuracy, completeness, security, or lack of errors.

10. LIMITS ON FRAUD PREVENTION
10.1 If the source of the funds is suspected to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to suspend a User withdrawal request. We will immediately reverse any funds received into an Account from another Account as a result of a fraudulent transaction if we become aware of it. If you have already received those funds, you must deposit them into your Account. If you do not comply, we may suspend, limit, or cancel your account, or take legal action to recover those funds.
10.2 Any of the following situations we may determine that some or all of your transactions carry an unacceptable degree of risk, including the possibility that the funds may be susceptible to chargeback or reversal;
1. If we think the beneficiary of the payment is someone other than you;
2. If we think the payment is being made to a segment where our service is not offered; or
3. If the payment is being made in violation of local laws;
In rare situations, if you are the subject of a dispute, we may temporarily restrict the amount of money in your Account to pay for any potential liabilities. We will remove the restriction on your funds if the dispute is settled in your favor, and you could then receive access to those funds. We reserve the right to withdraw cash from your Account if the dispute is not settled in your favor. In cases where we suspect you of fraud or other undesirable behavior, we may also impose limits on your account while we look into the situation.

11.1 The word or mark "MyOffice.lk," however represented, as well as all associated logos and symbols, and any combinations with another word or mark, are trademarks of MyOffice.lk or one of its group companies.
11.2 MyOffice.lk owns or has been granted a permission to use all intellectual property rights in any material or content contained in or accessible via this Website.
11.3 You will only use the trademarks on this Website in a fair manner and will not use them for followings:
(a) As part of your own marks;
(b) In a way that is likely to cause confusion or damage to MyOffice.lk's reputation; or
(c) To identify or imply endorsement or otherwise of products or services to which they do not relate.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION POLICY
12.1 This Policy describes the dispute resolution procedure that will be followed when a Buyer and Seller who have used the Payment system choose to use the Dispute Resolution procedure to resolve a dispute between them.
12.2 Both parties in a Dispute case have the option of having their dispute arbitrated by the Dispute Team. The Dispute Team's role includes taking any and all actions required to resolve the case in an impartial and evidence-based manner. You agree that the Dispute Team's decision is final, binding, and irreversible.
12.3 At the complainant's level, he or she should send us a written complaint to firstname.lastname@example.org in order for the dispute process to proceed.
12.4 When a dispute is opened by the buyer, the Seller has 07 days to respond. Otherwise, they will lose the dispute automatically, and the pending payment will be returned to the Buyer's account.
12.5 At the point of negotiations, either party can negotiate for partial compensation or (after a certain period of time) choose to have the dispute arbitrated by our Dispute Team. Both parties will have the opportunity to present their sides of the story and to negotiate terms to resolve the dispute. Only the party who initiated the dispute has the authority to cancel it. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may pay the Arbitration Fee to have it arbitrated by the Dispute Team. If the dispute is settled through mutual agreement or is cancelled before going to arbitration, the Arbitration Fee will be refunded.
12.6 If you decide to have the Dispute Team arbitrate your dispute, you consent to letting them read any correspondence you send through the Site, download or access any files you upload, run any programs you upload, or visit any websites you upload that are associated with the dispute in order to resolve it. You are strongly advised to submit all the supporting documentation for your dispute.
12.7 In order to make a decision, the Dispute Team will analyze all of the evidence and other material at arbitration level. (Usually within 48 hours). Verdicts in disputes are irrevocable, binding, and final. The winning party will receive a return of their arbitration fee. If one of the parties to the dispute has paid the arbitration fee, the other party will have four days to pay the fee in order to move the dispute into arbitration; if they fail to do so, the dispute will be resolved by default in favor of the party who started arbitration stage and the initial arbitration fee will be refunded.
